About the Role
Identify and attract top-tier student talent from elite universities globally. You will be the face of Neutral Street on campus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute campus recruiting strategies for targeted universities
- Organize and attend career fairs, hackathons, and trading competitions
- Manage the full cycle of the intern and new grad interview process
- Build relationships with professors and student organizations
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in campus recruiting for tech/finance
- Willingness to travel during peak recruiting seasons
- Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills
- Passion for finding and nurturing exceptional talent
