About the Role
Provide legal advice on corporate transactions, trading agreements, and intellectual property.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate trading agreements (ISDAs, prime brokerage agreements)
- Advise on intellectual property protection for our proprietary software
- Manage employment law and general corporate matters
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes affecting the financial industry
Requirements
- J.D. or equivalent law degree with active bar admission
- 3+ years of experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house at a financial institution
- Experience with derivatives and trading agreements
- Ability to translate complex legal concepts into actionable business advice
