About the Role
Work on firm-wide strategic initiatives, coordinating across trading, engineering, and operations to drive new business lines and optimize existing ones.
Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for expansion
- Project manage cross-functional initiatives (e.g., entering new exchanges, launching new products)
- Design and improve internal processes for efficiency
- Communicate strategic priorities across the firm
Requirements
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to understand both technical and financial concepts
- Prior experience in consulting, product management, or trading is a plus
